MY WHY
I grew up as the eldest of 8 children: 7 girls and 1 boy. We were Catholic, a family of entrepreneurs, and very hard workers (we worked more than we played). I am so thankful for the life my parents built that allowed us to keep taking on more and more responsibility at the various levels of the business and school (i.e., marketing, sales, operations, and administration).
Today I am a housewife, mother, and entrepreneur. I love my faith, family, and work. I architected my life so that I could keep bringing value to the marketplace, working remotely and in-person as needed, while bringing my children along for the ride - just like my parents did.
As an architect I get to design and streamline company’s processes, technology, people, security, and data across the entire organization. My skillset and experiences have allowed me to work with some amazing corporations, #founders, and #owners and I have appreciated and loved the journey. Meeting amazing people, along the way has been a bonus.
Ur Biz Strategist became the strategy firm you are seeing, because I saw several needs that are not getting met in the market:

Through Ur Biz Strategist (and other ventures), I am on a personal mission to have families and business coexist again, like it was pre-industrial revolution when generations worked together for the the survival and betterment of the family. AI makes it possible; workplace disruptions, society volatility, and lack of options make entrepreneurship necessary.
