PRIVACY POLICY
EFFECTIVE (updated): July 22, 2026
Ur Biz Strategist, LLC ("Ur Biz Strategist," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of visitors, Clients, Strategists, and other users of the Ur Biz Strategist website, ecosystem, stores, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, when it may be shared, and what choices users may have when interacting with Ur Biz Strategist online or through related service channels.
This Privacy Policy is intended to function as a public-facing privacy policy for website visitors, leads, customers, clients, and other contacts in the United States and, where applicable, individuals in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area.
WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, prospective Clients, current Clients, Strategists, prospective Strategists, customers who purchase digital products, and other individuals who communicate with Ur Biz Strategist through its website, forms, scheduling tools, payment tools, email, or related digital systems. Personal information of an individual may be collected when:
Visiting the website;
Filling out forms, questionnaires, or scheduling tools;
Purchasing a digital product, package, or service;
Booking a consultation or other appointment;
Communicating by email, form, phone, or other channels;
Sharing business, operational, technical, or project information in connection with services.
In most cases, Ur Biz Strategist acts as an independent business collecting and using personal information for its own website, intake, matching, contracting, payment-support, and business operations. In some limited contexts, Ur Biz Strategist may also process information on behalf of a Client under the Client's instructions, in which case the Client's privacy notices and agreements may also govern the handling of that information.
HOW WE COLLECT, USE, AND PROTECT INFORMATION
Sensitive and Confidential Information
Ur Biz Strategist does not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a specific service engagement. Any statement that tools or workflows are "HIPAA‑compliant" refers to the specific service configuration and contractual setup, not a blanket guarantee for every use case. Ur Biz Strategist is not a healthcare provider, covered entity, or business associate by default, and HIPAA‑related responsibilities apply only where specifically agreed in writing and supported by the relevant platform and contractual requirements.
Ur Biz Strategist treats confidential and non‑public information with care consistent with contractual confidentiality obligations. Information received from Clients, Strategists, or counterparties may be treated as confidential where the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure make that treatment reasonable. Administrative, contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards may be used to help protect sensitive information, but no website, platform, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Separate contractual confidentiality obligations may also apply under service agreements, strategist agreements, or related engagement documents.
How Information Is Collected
Information may be collected:
Directly from forms, bookings, emails, calls, questionnaires, file uploads, purchases, and other communications.

From third‑party service providers used to process bookings, payments, forms, hosting, email, CRM, automation, or similar business functions.
Some information is optional, but certain information may be required to schedule services, process payments, enter into agreements, or deliver requested products or support.
Ur Biz Strategist generally does not directly access or operate inside a Client's internal systems, CRMs, or production environments. Strategists engaged through the Ur Biz Strategist ecosystem act as independent contractors and are responsible for any system access they request, receive, or use under their own agreements with Clients.

Ur Biz Strategist may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, referral source, and website interaction data, to maintain and improve the website and user experience.
How Information Is Used
Ur Biz Strategist does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling user data as a commodity. Personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and ecosystem, deliver products and services, administer engagements, support payments and related operations, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.
Personal information may be used for the following business and commercial purposes:
To review inquiries, qualify leads, determine which Service Solution may be the best fit, and recommend strategies.
To match Clients with Strategists and support strategist onboarding, assignment, and engagement administration.
To provide, operate, deliver, and improve products and services, including digital products, one‑time packages, consult sessions, and recurring fractional support.
To create accounts, schedule appointments, process forms, prepare agreements and addenda (including tripartite contracts where applicable), and manage projects.
To process payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, escrow for fractional services, and related financial records, and to support collections where payment obligations are overdue.
To communicate about inquiries, purchases, appointments, support, deliverables, updates, and other administrative matters.
To maintain security, monitor misuse, prevent fraud, and protect systems, data, and the broader ecosystem.
To maintain internal records, improve workflows, refine the website and messaging, and support business operations.
To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, or reporting obligations.
If consent is required for a particular use (such as certain marketing activities or non‑essential cookies), processing will be based on consent where applicable.
Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK)
Where European or UK privacy laws apply, personal information is processed only where an appropriate legal basis exists, which may include:
Consent.
Performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into a contract.
Compliance with a legal obligation.
Legitimate interests, such as running the business responding to inquiries, improving services, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and keeping records, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable rights and freedoms.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies, analytics tools, security tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, improve performance, and support business functions. Where legally required, consent should be obtained before placing non‑essential cookies or similar technologies on a user's device.
The website may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics, embedded media, or marketing technologies. Categories in use may change over time and may be reflected in the website's cookie or consent settings where applicable. Users can usually control cookies through browser settings, and where a consent tool is used, cookie preferences can be adjusted there as well.
When Information Is Shared
Personal information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with the following categories of recipients:
Website, scheduling, payment, email, analytics, automation, CRM, storage, communication, and other technology vendors.
Independent contractors, Strategists, or service providers involved in delivering contracted work, subject to confidentiality and access controls as appropriate.
Accountants, lawyers, insurers, auditors, or other professional advisers.
Government bodies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required by law or legal process.
A buyer, successor, or transaction counterparty if part or all of the business is sold, transferred, or reorganized.
Ur Biz Strategist does not sell personal information for money. It also does not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising unless such technologies are specifically used and disclosed through the website's cookie and consent tools. If advertising, analytics, or similar technologies used on the website trigger rights under certain U.S. state laws, related requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the website's technical setup.
DATA SECURITY
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to help protect personal information. These measures may include least‑privilege and role‑based access controls, password‑management practices, vendor‑management and security reviews, secure file‑sharing practices, backups before material system changes where appropriate, and limiting access to authorized persons with a need to know.
Ur Biz Strategist generally does not directly access Client production environments or administer Client-side system permissions as part of its ordinary public-facing business operations. Strategists engaged through the ecosystem are independent contractors and are responsible for their own handling of Client systems, access, and data under their separate agreements with Clients.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. Because of that, absolute security cannot be promised.
Third‑party Tools, Links, and Platforms
The website and services may use or link to third‑party platforms, including website hosts, schedulers, payment processors, document‑signing tools, analytics tools, email systems, embedded content, and other external websites or services. These providers maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices, and Ur Biz Strategist is not responsible for their independent privacy or security practices. Users should review the applicable third‑party terms and privacy policies directly, although Ur Biz Strategist seeks to choose commercially reasonable tools for its business operations.
International Transfers
Personal information may be stored or processed in countries other than the country in which the individual is located, including the United States, because service providers and platforms may operate internationally. Where required by applicable law, restricted international transfers are supported by appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide products and services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support refunds or chargebacks, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the type of engagement, operational needs, and legal or tax requirements, including whether the data relates to a website inquiry, a strategist application, a client engagement, a digital sale, a consult booking, a payment record, or a legal matter.
PRIVACY RIGHTS AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Users may request to update contact information, withdraw from marketing communications, or inquire about the information they have submitted to Ur Biz Strategist. If marketing emails are sent, recipients can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting info@urbizstrategist.com. Service‑related messages about appointments, purchases, support, or administrative matters may still be sent where necessary, and certain information may still be retained where required for contractual, legal, tax, accounting, dispute‑resolution, fraud‑prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
Depending on where an individual lives, privacy rights may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of a denied request, subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements. Requests may be submitted by email to info@urbizstrategist.com. Additional information may be requested to verify identity before fulfilling certain requests, and requests will be reviewed and responded to within the time required by applicable law.
Residents of some U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, subject to verification and applicable exceptions, which can include rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising where applicable, and appeal a denied request. If an individual is in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, that individual may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
Children
The website and services are intended for adult business and professional users and are not knowingly directed to children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent where local law requires a higher age. Ur Biz Strategist does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law for independent consent. If it is discovered that such information has been collected, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
OTHER TERMS AND ECOSYSTEM PRACTICES
Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials
Privacy and intellectual property are separate topics. Unless a separate contract states otherwise, ownership, licensing, approvals, drafts, templates, and related content‑creation terms are governed by the applicable service agreement, statement of work, purchase terms, or other contract, not by this Privacy Policy. For clarity, this Privacy Policy does not grant or limit any intellectual property rights.
Strategist and Client Information
Where a Client engages a Strategist through the Ur Biz Strategist ecosystem, information may be shared between Ur Biz Strategist and the assigned Strategist as needed for introductions, evaluating fit, facilitating contracting, limited engagement administration, and payment support. Strategists act as independent contractors and are responsible for their own handling of Client systems, data, access, and service delivery under their separate agreements with Clients. Strategists are contractually expected to maintain the confidentiality of Client information and not use such information outside the authorized scope of services and applicable agreements.
Payment, Checkout, Escrow, and Digital Products
Ur Biz Strategist may collect or receive payment‑related records needed to support invoicing, payment verification, refunds, consult booking, package disbursements, escrow administration for fractional services, and collection activity relating to unpaid balances. If a user purchases a digital product or interacts with a store operated by Ur Biz Strategist, information relating to the transaction, fulfillment, and customer support may be collected and retained for business, legal, financial, and operational purposes.
Specific terms regarding escrow, payment schedules, and pricing for fractional services or other engagements are governed by the applicable service agreement, package terms, or purchase terms, not by this Privacy Policy.
Legal Disclosures
Information may be disclosed where it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requests, collections activity, bankruptcy matters, or enforcement of contractual rights. Entity formation details and governing‑law provisions for service relationships are addressed in the applicable Terms or service agreements.
